beautiful i think it already is a classic ! i have to say its my personal favorite of the moderner Disney films :)
Ich finde schön, wie sich die Figuren vom Hintergrund abheben :)Und die lebendigkeit der Figuren!J
It certainly already is a classic to many animation fans.Beautiful painting, thanks!
I love this graphical style and I wish the animation could also look this way. Mushka is already an awesom step in this direction, but I keep thinking how could watercolor paint be animated - seems almost impossible to paint consistently over several frames, but the look is just gorgeous!
Nice! Has a light and fun look. Do you know what Glen Keane is doing? I haven't seen much from him lately, I think I saw part of a short he consulted on. I didn't know if he was working on any other projects or if he was retired. Not sure if you keep in touch.
Great painting! The colors are especially fun and cheery. :DHow long does something like this take for you?
Finding good poses and getting the composition right takes a little time. Tying it down and adding color goes pretty quickly.
Nice fun painting. I am sure that it brought back memories of working the film. L&S is my niece's favorite. I love the musicality of your painting and it reminds of how well all the Elvis songs fit into the film. Fun!
Some short animation made in watercolours from this would look awesome! :)
Reminds me on the Awesome Watercolour BG´s for the film. Aaaand i love the Film!Greetings from Germany! :-))
I loved all your created characters .i live with them.you are a hero in animation. Andreas deja long live.
Andreas, did you know Chris Sanders very well? I heard he left Disney for Dreamworks (and directed How to Train Your Dragon) after his American Dog couldn't work out its story problems and later became Bolt.
This is very impressive Andrea. Lilo and Stich must have been an amazing film to work on.
